How it works
Four steps. No agency nonsense. Two weeks.
We wanted to make the process so simple you can explain it to your dad. Here it is, the whole thing, no fine print.
- 01
You text Craig
Send the name of your business and a link to your current site (if you have one). Tell us what you do in one sentence. That's all we need to get started.
We reply same day — usually within an hour. No intake form. No 'please fill out this 40-field brief.'
- 02
We give you a fixed price
We look at your current site, your competition, and what you actually need. Then we quote one flat number. No hourly rates. No 'scope creep.' No surprise invoice at the end.
Most shops land at $299 one-time to get the site live, plus $79/mo if they want us to host + maintain it. Cancel monthly any time.
- 03
Two weeks, start to finish
Week 1: design mocks by Tuesday, full build by Friday. Week 2: your feedback, revisions, polish. Most sites go live by the following Monday.
If we can't hit the date, we tell you on day 2, not day 14.
- 04
You own everything
Domain: registered in your name. Hosting: on your account (we set it up, you pay Vercel $0 for starter sites). Code: yours, on GitHub. We hand you the keys and walk.
Want us to keep hosting and maintain it? $79/mo Growth plan, month-to-month, cancel any time. Want to run it yourself? Great — here's a 10-minute video showing you how.
Questions people actually ask
The real ones. Not the ones we wish you'd ask.
No catch. We're a two-man shop with a tight playbook for the kinds of sites local businesses actually need — so we're not building from scratch every time, and we're not paying for an agency's office, project managers, and account executives. The work is real and we hand-review every site before it ships.
Every project includes two rounds of revisions. We rarely need the second one. If we do three rounds and you still hate it, we refund the difference and you keep the design to use or not.
Depends. If your site is a custom WordPress build from 2015, usually it's faster to rebuild than to untangle. If it's Squarespace or Wix and just needs a facelift, we can often work on top of it for half the price. We'll tell you which after we look.
No. Launch ($299 one-time) gives you the site, your domain, and the login — you own everything. If you want us to manage hosting, updates, and support, that's the $79/mo Growth plan, month-to-month. Cancel whenever.
Yes. We'll write a first draft that sounds like a real business owner — not an agency. You edit, we polish. Included in Launch. Most shops are surprised how little they want to change.
That's the whole process. Want to start?
